All prices are in Pounds Sterling. I accept all major credit and debit cards through either Worldpay or Paypal. You don't need a Paypal account to order and no credit card details are stored. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact me for further details. Orders will only be dispatched upon receipt of full, cleared payment.
All wedding accessories and jewellery are made to order and standard non-bespoke items are currently ready for dispatch within 4 to 6 weeks of purchase. I do aim to keep a small selection of popular designs in standard colours in stock so if your chosen accessory is available, it will be dispatched immediately following receipt of payment. However, during the busy summer months, this may not always be possible so please allow up to 6 weeks for your chosen accessory to be made. Details of an approximate lead time and delivery will be confirmed upon receipt of your order but if you have any questions regarding lead time and delivery please do not hesitate to contact me.
If you are in any way concerned about receiving an item in time, please contact me before placing an order. I will always do my very best to accommodate an urgent rush order.
All items are posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery and are insured for the full sale value. For orders up to the value of £250 the postage charge is £8.00. Delivery is free for orders over £250.00. All deliveries require a signature upon delivery.
International Delivery is available, please contact me for details of costs and to discuss delivery date requirements. I use DHL to send my international parcels so all orders are fully insured and trackable end to end. Please note, that from Jan 2021, there are delays to deliveries to Europe which hopefully, will be resolved soon. Please purchase your chosen piece at least three months before the date you will need your order to arrive. Depending on on the International postal service chosen, international orders can take between one to six weeks to to arrive. You may be required to pay customs charges once your parcel arrives at its country of destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Parcels cannot be marked as 'gifts' on the customs declaration so please do not request this.
All accessories and jewellery are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper with an anti-tarnish patch, care instructions and are beautifully presented in branded Clare Lloyd boxes and packaged to ensure that they reach their destination in one piece. All packaging is made from recycled materials including the care instruction card, ribbon, presentation box and outer packaging and parcel tape.
I aim to exceed your expectations and for you to love your chosen hair accessories and jewellery. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return it within fourteen days of receiving it for a full refund minus the postage costs. This does not apply to earrings for pierced ears or to bespoke orders. Bespoke orders includes any items designed to your personal specification and also to standard designs where an element has been made personal to you such as a change of colour, materials or alternation to the style.
Refunds for bespoke orders can only be offered in the unlikely event of the piece being faulty. Exchanges can be made at my discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights. Returns must be sent back in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with all labels attached in order to receive a refund. Refunds cannot be given if the item is returned after fourteen days of receipt nor can returns be made after your wedding date has passed. When returning items, please ensure that you retain proof of posting and that you choose a postage method which offers you compensation to cover the value of the item. It is recommended that any parcel is returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure that the contents are fully insured as Clare Lloyd cannot be help responsible for lost or damaged goods.
